                What Temperatures Do You Recommend?
For beginners, we recommend starting with a water temperature of around 15°C. As you become more accustomed to the ice bath, you can gradually lower the temperature and increase the duration of each session.                 What's the difference between the oval 2.0 tub and the standard tube?
The 2.0 Oval has 3 x more insulation than the standard tub to keep the water colder for longer. The oval tub also has a much larger capacity making it more comfortable for larger individuals.
The 2.0 oval tub has 2 outlet valves for seamless mini chiller integration. Our mini chiller can still be used with the standard tubs but they only has 1 valve so the second hose will have to go over the top ring.
The 2.0 also incudes our new rain repellant thermo lid to prevent sag from water pooling in the top of your tub.
The Materials of the 2.0 have also been upgraded to be thicker and stronger than the standard tubs.
